Open an Apna Records export — the ZIP file you downloaded from the app or from this website — with your master passphrase or your recovery key.
Everything happens in this browser. The file, your passphrase and your records are not uploaded, and nothing is sent to Apna Records.

On a computer you can also use the apna-open-export command-line tool, which writes a folder for each person and each document.
